1. Eligibility for Return
Items must be returned within 5 days of the delivery date.
Products must be:
1) Unworn and in their original condition.
2) Accompanied by the original packaging, certificates, and any accessories.
3) Free from any signs of damage, resizing, or alterations by third parties.
*Note: Custom-made, engraved, or personalized items are non-returnable unless defective.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges on:
-> Custom or bespoke jewellery.
-> Items showing signs of wear, misuse, or damage not due to our error.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Provide your Order Number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
Wait for return authorization and detailed instructions.
Please note:
->Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
->We recommend using a trackable and insured courier.
4. Inspection & Approval
Once we receive the returned item:
->It will undergo a quality inspection within 5–7 business days.
->You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your return via email.
5. Refunds
If approved:
->Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
->Shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Exchanges
->We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
->To exchange an item, return the original product and place a new order for the desired item.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
->Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos.
->We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
8. Cancellations
->Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement.
->After that period, we cannot guarantee cancellation as the order may already be in process.
